Media studies is a very engaging class to be in as it is very interesting as you get to learn about the different aspects of media. Media Studies is something that is very important to learn as it helps people analyze how companies use it to help form our perspective of the world around us of the past, the present, and the future. My personal favorite media products would have to be movies, television, and most importantly music. Music is really something that confronts me and makes me happy. Television and movies are not to find behind on that spectrum as I would isolate myself in my room and binge-watch them all day.

Personally, what I find interesting about media studies is learning the full break down of how media works around us. Going into this class I was extremely interested in how movies and tv shows come about, the production, the camera work, all of it. What I hope to learn in my media class is different editing styles and how to draw in a certain type of audience. I also want to know more in depth of the different types of media, especially the ones I don't have a lot of knowledge about.
